A mandatory daily Amenity Fee of $23.00 plus 7.5% Florida Sales Tax & 6% Osceola County Tax will be imposed and will be collected directly from the guest unless otherwise specified. The Amenity Fee will include the following added values:

• Cancel within 14 days of arrival: 50% of stay
