LOCATION & AREA INFO:

Located between Angel and Old Street, you'll have exciting restaurants, bars and music venues all within a 500-metre radius. The area is also home to quirky shops and boutiques.

Just north of the City of London, which is ideal for business travellers with meetings, the area is well known for being popular with all sorts of London travellers. Being only a short walk from Old Street means you'll be near big businesses and can get to meetings pretty quickly if your client is situated within the area. If you're looking for entertainment then you're in the right area. Islington isn't too far away, while Shoreditch and Hoxton are nearly on the doorstep - all providing many venues for food, music and culture. Being in the centre of everything is very true when you stay in this area.

Angel and Old Street stations are both within easy walking distances and provide good access to the rest of the city on the Northern Line.

These modern, waterside serviced apartments in vibrant area of Angel are ideal for those who want to be close to the City of London for business and pleasure. Comfort is guaranteed, with plush furnishings and more features to make your stay more relaxing.

The apartments feature all the great amenities that make serviced accommodation so popular. The large fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances dominates the open-plan living area giving you plenty of space to flex your inner chef. Modern necessities such as a flatscreen television and free Internet access are also included to provide entertainment at the end of the day and to keep you connected to those you love. The bedrooms have beautiful beds with soft linen that will easily leave you recharged for the next day. Finally, a balcony will give you a great view of the area below, and a favourite spot to drink your morning coffee.

House Rules:

All the Company’s Properties are non-smoking, including all public areas of the building. No loud music or partying is allowed at any point of time in any of our apartment.
A charge will be levied for deep cleaning if this is not adhered to. In the event of an apartment not being habitable due to loss of power, loss of heating and/or water, lock problems or similar, we reserve the right to offer alternative suitable accommodation, of a similar grade and appropriate location where possible, under the existing terms and conditions. There is no parking facility available at any of our apartment. However NCP are available in walking distance from all apartments.
Early Check-in / Late Check-in & Late Check-out basis availability and on payment of extra charges in advance.
The apartment doesn't have a fixed reception.
Our standard Check-in time is 15:00-20:00 Hours.
We have multiple units in the building which are similar in size and specs.
Guests need to call us an hour prior to arrival for smooth check-in. Keys to be kept in the mailbox upon check-out.
Use of the Property for any illegal or immoral purpose or the use of any illegal substance is not permitted and will result in the booking being cancelled by the Company with no refund and you and all guests named in the booking having to depart immediately.
The number of guests permissible in the property may not exceed the number named and specified in the contract for the booking. A violation of this clause will result in a surcharge per person per night or may result in the booking being cancelled by the Company with no refund and you and all guests having to depart immediately.
The Property must only be used for the purpose of the business or holiday travel of the named guests. Under no circumstances is any other person permitted to occupy the Property under any condition. A violation of this clause will result in the booking being cancelled by the Company with no refund and you and all guests having to depart immediately. Guest's need to carry a valid ID card approved by the Government and needs to present the card used while making the payment.There is no luggage storage facility available at any of our apartment. However, if required guests may store their luggage at our office address at a nominal cost.The apartment doesn't have a fixed reception. Hence, it is mandatory to provide arrival details at least 24 hours prior to arrival to enable us to arrange a meet and greet for a smooth hassle free check in.We have multiple units in the building which are similar in size and specs. Images used are only for representation purpose and the actual apartment may vary. However, facilities and standards will remain the same.
There is a security deposit of £250 which will be charged by the property prior to check in. This is a refundable deposit which will be refunded 28 days post check out subject to no damage in the apartment.
