The property collects a daily resort fee of $30.00 + tax per room, per night. Resort Fee includes free scheduled transportation to area theme parks, access to all Summer Bay activities (golf and water parks are an additional fee). All reservations require Credit Card at time of booking to guarantee reservations Security Deposit of $250.00 required at check in.

Summer Bay Orlando by Exploria Resorts is a cashless environment. Credit card holders will be provided an Amenities Charge Card at check-in for use around the resort at food & beverage outlets and other for other on-site experiences. 

The resort requires a major credit card to check in. Guest are provided the option to make a cash deposit on the account at the time of check-in and throughout the stay to further establish a guest charge account.

Check-in Location: 17805 US Highway 192 W, Clermont FL 34714. All Summer Bay Orlando guests must check-in at the resort's Club House which is approximately a one to two minutes' drive as you pass the security guard at the entrance.
