The apartment complex is located in the north of Fuerteventura just 10 minutes via a flight of steps to the small bay of Corralejo. It is around 2 km to the dune beach and the resort centre where guests will discover countless shopping and entertainment venues as well as bars, nightclubs and restaurants. Links to the public transport network to be found just a stone's throw away.

This complex comprises 115 rooms and underwent renovation in the year 2000.
