Pousada de Mafra - Palácio dos Marqueses

The Pousada de Mafra – Palace of the Marquis is the most recent accommodation of the Mafra council.
Located in a historic and cultural environment with more than ten centuries of History, 30 minutes from Lisbon, 10 minutes from Ericeira (known for its beautiful beaches), 10-minutes walk from the town centre and from the National Palace, the Pousada de Mafra offers a convenient and comfortable solution with an infrastructure built for our guests well-being.
Our purpose is to offer to our clients a new experience, combining the tranquillity and comfort of the space, in addition to an enjoyment of its ancient gardens, meeting spaces for sports, walking, reflection, relaxation and contemplation.

With 15 rooms of different types (single, double and family) and about 50 beds, we are open to all kind of visitors.

Since 2019, the municipality of Mafra is charging tourist tax, which is not included in the reservation price. From 1 January to 31 April - € 1 per person / night; 1 May to 31 October - € 2 per person / night; 1 November to 31 December - € 1 per person / night. This fee must be paid upon check in.

Reception hours: 8:30am - 10:00pm; Check-in hours: 3:00pm - 9:30pm
Note: An additional fee will be charged to all guests who do not meet the expected check-in time. This fee will be 20,00€.
