Welcome to Pine Ridge Condominiums, right in the heart of beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado.  We are the best Breckenridge lodging value with an in-town ski-in location just 1.5 blocks between Main Street Breckenridge and the Snowflake chairlift.  Don’t stay in hotels, sleep in one of our private condo rentals  near the peaks, all with great rates.

The Four O’Clock Ski Run lies right alongside the property, offering easy year-round mountain access.  Even in the summer, guests can step out to the slopes for hiking and biking  right into the forest.  Pine Ridge is within walking distance of all of the downtown restaurants, shopping and activities Breckenridge has to offer, and just half a block to the Riverwalk Center, the town’s performance and events facility.  Guests even have access to park their cars here, which is helpful during the busy ski dates. Our goal is for our guests to have privacy in a comfortable, relaxing, and unforgettable stay in the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains.

Breckenridge is unique in Colorado and among mountain village resorts because it is an authentic town with over 150 years of historic, yet modern, world-class amenities, and home to a top-ranked ski resort.  Travelers enjoy a  perfect year-round destination offering a fresh experience on every visit.  Summer in Breckenridge is a whirlwind of festivities from Kingdom Days in June right through Oktoberfest in September.  Even on a ski vacation, guests can explore exciting winter activities like dogsledding, snowmobiling, or snowshoeing or for a soothing day at the spa.  And, all year-round, our National Forests trails surround Breckenridge and are open for exploration.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY - Per the Summit County Health Department short term rentals will be limited to accommodate up to TWO HOUSEHOLDs per unit, with a maximum of 10 people - no exceptions.  Failure to comply with this order can result in penalties including a fine of up to $5000 and/or imprisonment.
