Decorated in deep purples and plush velvets, it has a dramatic, eye-catching modern style. Many of the boutique-style rooms have fantastic views of the River Tyne. Each has mood lighting and a satellite flat-screen Freeview TV. The private bathrooms have power showers and luxury toiletries. With breathtaking views of the river, the bar offers fine wines and fabulous cocktails, while the brasserie serves delicious cuisine made with fresh, local ingredients.
