Inselhotel Faakersee

Inselhotel Faakersee is set within Lake Faak and is Austria’s only island hotel. It offers rooms with a flat-screen satellite TV, a private beach area and a restaurant. All rooms have free access to Wi-Fi and feature a sofa and modern bathrooms. Bathrobes, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided in each room. Guests can enjoy breakfast in the restaurant or in the privacy of their rooms. A bar and a restaurant are on site, serving local and international cuisine. In nice weather meals are served on the sunny terrace overlooking the lake. A cozy lounge with an open fireplace is also available. Relaxing massages are offered as well as a sauna. A beauty salon is also provided. Guests can swim in the lake or use one of the on-site water sports facilities. Windsurfing, sailing or kayaking are among the various possibilities. Tennis courts and beach volleyball facilities can be found in the garden. Guests can reach the hotel with the private 24-hour shuttle boat. The shuttle service is free of charge for hotel guests and free private parking is offered on the mainland.
